We like to be honest, so you should know that we currently recruit over 85% of our roles without using a recruitment agency. Wherever possible, we source candidates direct. Using a recruitment agency is always our last port of call. Occasionally, we know that we need help to source candidates, and turn to one of our recruitment partners.
