Hello, my name is Jeff Devilbiss and this is my Clarks experience! My journey at Clarks all started in November 2005. I was lucky enough to have a brother working here who was happy to have me use his name as a referral. At the time, I was a seasonal worker for the Fulfillment department. After three months, my hard work paid off and I received a permanent job. About a year later, I moved into a High-Lift Operator role. I later served as a back-up Lead, where I would manage the workflow as necessary. From there, I moved into the Receiving Lead role. After about four years, I got the awesome opportunity to transition to Hanover Center. Once here, I served as the Receiving Error Station Analyst for two years and I have now been serving as the Shipping/Outbound Lead for the past year and a half.
Over the years, I have grown with the company. Clarks has given me the opportunity to share my love of leading to my fellow co-workers. I appreciate the time that has been invested in me whether it be management classes to help my polish my skills or just good old fashioned talks with members of management. One thing that holds true here at Clarks is that everyone is always willing to help. Part of the reason I stay committed to the Clarks team is the close-knit family environment that I work in and the understanding that we are all in this together. The amount of teamwork displayed at Hanover Center is extraordinary and together we accomplish amazing feats daily! I am so proud to be a member of this team!
Of course, while being employed by Clarks, I have become a huge fan of the Clarks brand myself! With all the great styles of shoes and boots we offer, I am a really big fan of the Wallabee boots. I am also a fan of the Trigenic!
